To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.


3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Exchanges for a different size or variant will be shipped once the returned product is received and approved.

  • Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.

  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • Items without original tags or packaging


5. Shipping & Handling

  • Please ensure the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.
